New to Cathe--need DVD Suggestions?

Hi Everyone--

I recently learned about Cathe and want to get a DVD. I am trying to decide between the Cardio Hits combo DVD and the Timesaver DVD. I currently exercise 5-6 days a week, I do Kathy Smith Power Step 3-4 days and go running 2-3 days. I also lift twice a week. I am looking for something more challenging and I like fun and creative step choreography. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

Hi Rachelle. 2 good choices but it does depend on what you are looking for. The Cardio Hits is 3 great step workouts (each about 35-40 min) and no weights where the Timesaver is shorter cardio (20-25 min) and then upper body weights on each workout and the 5th workout is an awesome leg workout...I have the Timesaver DVD and the Cardio ones all separate in VHS....:)...Carole
