Hi everyone! I am new to Cathe, and I am in love with her workouts so far... I only own 3 as of right now... I have Butts and Guts, Muscle Max, and Xtrain- Burn sets.... I am interested in knowing what other DVD's are along the same lines as these ones I have listed. I am currently lifting heavy and thats what I enjoy doing. I am not interested in Cardio, or anything like that, I mostly just want workouts that focus on weights and strength training for upper and lower body. Any suggestions? There is sooooo many to choose from that I don't know which ones to go with! Thanks for any help you can give me

Welcome!

I love all the ones you have so far. Some of my favorites for weight work are Pyramid Upper/Lower Body, Gym Styles Legs, Back-Shoulder-Biceps, and Chest-Triceps, and Muscle Endurance. I really could recommend even more, but those are a great start. Don't forget to check out the Daily Deals and apply the coupon codes! Any of the ones mentioned above go on sale as the DD every few weeks.

Good luck, and let us know what you choose and how they work-out (no pun intended!) for you!

If you can afford it, I bet you would LOVE STS! :D Otherwise, the Gym Styles workouts are loved by many STS lovers out there as well. Slow and Heavy is another favorite but is an oldie.

Gym Styles (Chest & Triceps; Back, Shoulders & Biceps; and Legs). Absolutely. Don't hesitate. Worth every penny! ;)

Pure Strength!!!! I love Pure Strength because the workouts are short yet they get the job done.

Total Body Trisets is a good one too. I have grown really fond of doing weight work on the stability ball.

Slow & Heavy is a good and Pyramid Upper Body is the only weight training DVD that will actually make my arms shake. I would recommend 4DS but I don't know if it is worth the money for you since there are a lot of cardio workouts on it. They are good workouts but you've stated that isn't something you are looking for.

STS is amazing as well. Meso #1 is low weight / high reps. Meso #2 is more moderate weights and Meso #3 is low rep / high weight.

I did the STS Total Body workout this morning and am already feeling it. Cathe uses heavy weights in it. Watch the clip, and see if it's for you.

Sounds like you would love STS!! I haven't seen it as deal of the day recently, but every once in a while, it is offered as a special.

I'm just starting a rotation that incorporates STS (again) and I forgot how much I enjoy it.

I like Pyramid Upper/Lower body as well. You really can't go wrong with any of the workouts others have recommended to you.
