New to Cathe and have a couple questions

I just ordered S&H series and love it! I'm confused about the rotation stuff. Is this to get best results? I only bought the 1 series and will be buying more but for now I have T-Vo for the rest on fit tv. Is it bad to do the 1 series for a month doing cardio on the off days? When you say pre-mixes is that chapter points you jump to on the dvd? Thanks so much!
 
It's fine to do the 1 series for a month and cardio on the off days. Premixes are combos of various exercises on the DVDs. For instance, all upper body, all lower body, all step, etc. S&H doesn't have premixes but I think from the Intensity Series on she has premixes. Cathe's DVDs are also chaptered so you can jump to a specific chapter on the menu like either biceps or triceps, etc. After doing S&H for a month, you might want to do an endurance rotation with workouts like Muscle Endurance and Power Hour.

Thank you so much! I just T-Vo'd power hour so maybe when I'm done with S&H that can tie me over till I can buy another. I just hate waisting my time on something that won't work although with Cathe I doubt you can do that! My goal is lose about 10 lbs. and have some nice definition thats why I thought heavy lifting was the way to go although I know you need to mix it up. Would Gym Style series be a good one to do after a month of S&H too?
 
The Gym Styles would be a great series to mix up with S&H. I've definitely gotten stronger and more defined using GS.
