Hi Cathe,

I was just curious as to why you are only doing 1 new cardio video? Also will Power Hour be for endurance and the 3 set videos for strength and more muscle gain?

Hi Susan! Nice to hear from you. I was actually only going to do two videos this time; one cardio and one strength. But after I saw the favorable response to the Slow ands Heavy series, I thought I would add that to the list.

Yes, Power Hour will be geared towards improving functional strength and endurance, while the Heavy and Slow Series will focus more on developing and improving muscular strength.
