Hi gang:
The step I 'used' to have was an old one that wasn't adjustable - it was just at the highest level that was safe to do step workouts on (I can't remember what that is off hand). Well.........
I just got a new step and it's the one that Cathe and the gang use in the videos. WOW!!! What a difference. I use them as a guide and if they put one riser on then I do and if two then I switch and BOY does that make a HUGE difference. I'm having so much more fun now with her workouts.
I would do IMAX2 and just struggle with some of those moves because the step was so high and now I can do them and the workouts have a whole new meaning.
Lesson learned: Get the appropriate workout tools and things are much better. I look so much more forward to my workouts now!
