NEW Step from Reebok - What do you think?

Looks like a NEW Step is on the market. Do you think it is worth $249? It's 48" long and you can put your DVDs inside of it.

It looks awesome! It's 30lbs though so it's kinda heavy. For non mechanical parts, I don't think its worth $249.

For 249.00 you can buy a original step 69.00 Walmart, super step online for 99.00 and the high step dicks 59.95.
Way too pricey. It doesn't look like it inclines.
I have all three of these and didn't pay this much.
I use them all for different things.

It DOES incline, but IMHO still not worth $250!!!

I don't think it's worth it. It doesn't look useful for step (looks like only one height) and sometimes, the more complex things are, the more apt they are to break down. It would be cheaper to buy an Original Club Step AND an inclineable bench, IMO.

The only thing it does that the original step doesn't do is hold DVDs. You can incline the original step by removing risers from one end, and obviously you can adjust the height of the original step. So there's no value added for the price of this one.

Seems fairly pricey!! I get the same effective by putting the risers from a regular stop on one end to get an incline. I would much rather store my precious Cathe DVD's near the TV anyways.

It looks neat, but it's too far out of my price range to be an option! Besides, as some other posters have mentioned, I wonder if all the extras will be more likely to break. I use a Reebok step and love it-- but, my next purchase will be a high step

I don't know, it doesn't look like its major components have changed much--I had the Reebok step & I hated it. The plastic is harder than the club step, plus it doesn't have grips on the bottom so it would slide all over my hardwood floors.

I think it may be a little too much money for a STEP Elln.

no way jose. that's a crazy amount of money. you can get some additional equipment and still not pay that much. craziness.
