New shipping question

I live in PA and the idea of getting my video in one day makes me want to order one now--almost instant gratification! HOwever, I have a PO Box. Would it be possible to leave directions for the UPS people to leave my video on the back proch? (I do have a house number posted above the front porch.)In fact, if it arrived on Sat., I'd be home. We do not ship by UPS to a PO Box. UPS charges us an additional $5 to ship to a PO BOX and there is no guarantee that they can deliver. PO Box orders are shipped by the postal service and take longer to arrive. If, you have a work address, we can deliver to it.

I understand that. What I was suggesting is if it is possible to ship to my HOUSE via UPS, even though there is no mailbox there, and I suppose the risk that noone will be home to answer the door when the UPS man knocks. I would be willing to let UPS leave it on the back porch. Thank you for considering this question. Jeanne

That's not a problem. In most casesd UPS will just leave the package at your door. We do not require a signature.
