new series rotation

Does anyone plan on doing the new series different than the cathe rotation please share.Also how you will mix them with others.My plan is this for the coming week.yoga also 10 min a day.
Sun- mus. endurance
mon-Imax2
tue-bootcamp
wed-pyrm.lower /first 5 intv.of Imax1
thurs-pyrm. upper
fri-cardio wts.
sat-off
sun -boot camp
mon-imax1
tues-pyrm.upper
wed-imax2
thurs-pyrm. lower/kick box 20 min.
fri- cardio wts.
it is alot of intense exercise but I think I will try it 2 weeks to really shock my system.and then mix them with my other tapes to mix and match.any other combos out there I know we that have gotten them are still"feeling"them (literally) out.

Looks like a really good rotation! If that doesn't help you reach your goals, I don't know what will. You will be doing a lot of interval work so your cardiovascular system should really get into good shape.

Hi Sheila,

I'm planning on using my Intensity series in Body for Life Style. I've always wanted to do BFL, so now with the Pyramids I can try it. Of course I have to wait for the DVD's to arrive! Anyone else planning on doing BFL or already started?

I might be wrong, but I would suggest putting 2 days in between Imax I and Imax II. Maybe switch Wed. and Thurs. around. I always like to put 2 days in between interval workouts (I currently do Imax I on Sat. and Tues.). But maybe Imax II is lighter and can be done with just one day of rest. I just don't want you to burn out or get an injury. Here is a rotation I was thinking of doing (with the new DVDs once they arrive):
Sat. Imax I or Imax Xtreme from The Terminator (once I'm brave enough)
Sun. Pyramid UB
Mon. Pyramid LB
Tue. Cardio and Weights
Wed. Imax II
Thu. Muscle Endrance
Fri. Rest

Boot Camp isn't in this rotation because I think I will do that one on a special circuit rotation that will look something like this:
Sat. CTX Power Circuit (cardio only - no back work) and power circuits from Body Max
Sun. Cardio and Weights
Mon. Pyramid LB
Tue. Boot Camp
Wed. Pyramid UB
Thu. Circuit Max
Fri. Rest

Granted, I haven't seen the new videos so this might be too much and I might find I'll have to tweak it. These are just some ideas I've been playing with. Have fun!
