Hi Cathe! I didn't have a chance to provide this in your request for feedback on the new series, but I do have something I would like to ask: can you please emphasize upper back and neck posture? Specifically, providing an antidote to all of the forward slumping we tend to do as we sit in front of computers or hover over our phones? You always provide a nice dose of posture-focused exercises in your routines, and in your LMR Restorative Yoga you have us lie over a yoga block (love this move!). More of all of this, please!
