New series combining Slow Heavy with CTX

I, for one, would love to see a series to be used in a rotation that has you lift HEAVY for one body part followed by various forms of intense cardio. Heavy chest with kickbox, Heavy Back with step, Heavy Shoulders with Hi/Lo, Heavy Bis with plyometrics, Heavy Tris with low impact, or something like that. Then to top it all off, you could do a Heavy abs tape combined with a killer leg segment.

It would be so easy to mix and match. Awesome stuff!

I love this idea. I was just asking Cathe for ideas on mixing some cardio with the Gym Style workouts because I like the heavy weights and intensity of those but need some cardio, too.
