New Powerstrike Workouts

I have not heard that, but I will be thrilled if they do come out with a new series. If you hear anymore, please let us know.

Yes, it looks like it's true...YIPPEE!!! 
If you go to http://www.powerstrike.com, a popup window comes up with a short blurb about a new Powerstrike workout and a Forza workout. There isn't any detail, however.
I'm intrigued by Forza, but given the low ceiling height in my home gym, wielding a sword would be a challenge. Hopefully there'll be some kind of modification.

That is www.powerstrike.com - for some reason the comma gets added in if you click on the link above and it comes up as a Page Not Found.
Sword? Hmm, me with a sword. Dogs and small children would have to run for cover - I'm THAT uncoordinated... But it does sound very intriging. I like Iliana. I'd like to see her come out with some new hard core workouts like the first two.

That should fix the link (remember when posting links to always put a space between the URL and any punctuation, otherwise the punctuation is read as part of the URL, and it won't work...I learned that a while ago!).
I'm hoping that these will be only the beginning of a series of new workouts from Ilaria. There was an article about her somewhere (link posted on VF) that talked about her making a name of Powerstrike, and finding ways to continue with it as she gets older. Sounds like there may be more instructors involved. I'm thinking maybe a workout by Violet (a background exerciser in many of the PS workouts, who is also certified as a PS instructor.

Yes, this is great news! I had the PS Millenium Series 3, at the time I purchased it, I had to get the VHS and my VCR ate it after several workouts! I was so upset about that. That was about 1 year ago. I found out about PowerStrike from the YMCA in our area. The instructor was certified to teach Powerstrike and Forza, they are both kick a$$ workouts! I just recently ordered PS 2 and I'm impatiently waiting on the delivery! Can't wait for the new DVD's as well. :7
This is going to be fantastic - I already have six bocans - since I do karate and so do seven of my children. I have wanted to try one of her weapon workouts, but they are no longer available.
I agree 100% with you Kathryn - I like Violet, too. She is in a couple Smart Bell workouts that I have. She is also in some Stability Ball ones - Body Bars - I really like her in the workouts, I think she would be great.

Violet is coming out with a Trainer's Edge workout called Killer Kicks. Hope it is good.
I am wondering which bocan to purchase for Ilaria's Forza workout. Any suggestions?
