Thanks, everyone. Yes, Pennie looks even more like Cathe in person. And I always have a lovely time talking with her, and not just about fitness-related things.

Michele, I did get over my recent illness, thanks for asking. :) Thanks for the compliments on my guns, but believe it or not, they still need work. They get stronger but never bigger. Like there's a limit to how much I can make them grow. But the point is, my back is no longer broken, which is why I started training in the first place, so I can't obssess over the nitty-gritty, which in the whole scheme of things, aren't relevant to what is really essential. Know what I mean? ;-)

Thomasina, welcome to the forums. May I just say you're making me feel self-conscious there. I didn't think people minded my posts. ;-)

Rogue, please e-mail me. We can share horn maintenance tips and see if we can start a fire by rubbing our horns together. Sandy and I are more into goring-by-horns. And you know how much I like variety... ;-) }(

Yes I also live in Flower Mound! I am near Morris and Forest Vista in the Stone Creek development. Do you know where that is?
I have been here a little over 3 years and I really like this area. I enjoy the walking/biking trails and use them a lot when weather permits. In fact, I have been too busy to take my bike out lately, but I am off work on Good Friday and plan to ride to the local Starbucks. It's nice that I can use the trails most of the way!
Nice to meet you, Neighbor. It's so nice to know I am not the only Cathe exerciser in the area!

I have a few extra pics in my picturetrail. It was great seeing all the girls again and very cool of Sandy to come all this way to hang out with us! I'm hoping we're one step closer to convincing her to become a Texan.:eek:

Pennie was such a sweetheart! She does resemble Cathe quite a bit. In fact, I had Marla (smoogy) take a pic of me and Pennie so I could show dh that we had our own Texas version of Cathe. :) Marla - where is that pic?

PS. I miss hearing from Miss Sandy too. Now I know it's because you Texas gals have taken her hostage.
 
Hey, Robinator! I had the strep recently. Nasty stuff. I hope all is well with your family, too. I don't know about the other girls, but I was thinking of roping up Sandy and taking her up here to Dallas. ;-)

Paula, I live in the Wellington area, across from Bridlewood. Yes, I know where Stone Creek is! Flower Mound is a great community, and every development they create is done with families first in mind, which is why I refused to move last year, when the hubby thought of moving us to Frisco.

Hi, Mama Deb and Missy! Haven't seen you in a while. But I haven't been here lately myself. I'm on a baseball field too often these days...

Laura, maybe we should take Sandy to Galveston and thereabouts. I know she loves the beach. Maybe that'll convince her to move down here. ;-)
