New Music

Hi Cathe,
I was just wondering if you could add some of the beautiful music that you used in the Xtrain Express videos to the new ones. I find that the music that you used for the stretches and the ab work was most motivational, and made me concentrate more on form and working the muscle. Just a suggestion.
Thanks
Patricia

Eeek..MUST get CTX series....

So far, my favorite soundtrack is hands down, "C&W"....not one song on there that doesn't put a smile on my face and makes the workout fly by! :7

Take care,
Tanya

I would love music like was on the intensity series too. I actually do muscle endurance often because I love buttercup. I end up singing songs from your workouts all the time. I like that you chose timeless classics that lots of people love. You have done such a great job with music!

Cathe: I'm sure you'll choose wisely but I do have to tell you that I own everything you've ever done and I think the Intensity Series has the best music of them all! Oh - and I love how it was louder than your past vids - very motivating. Thanks again!

Julie

I too like CTX. I have surround sound, and there's one song on there that just suddenly starts coming out of the rear speakers, and it is rockin'!! It gives me goosebumps even as I'm working out!

Cathe, I trust your music instincts. Thanks for exposing me to a variety of motivating sounds.

I vote for CTX. IS is good too (I use the CD in my classes) but CTX is my absolute fave. I can hum along to those songs all day long!

I liked the music in CTX, and loved the stuff in Boot Camp, Muscle Endurance and the Pyramids, and loved some of the Slow and Heavy music (the final chest press segment music really motivated me). I got rid of IMAX2 and Cardio and Weights partly because of the music (I would have kept Cand W if it weren't for Buttercup..yuk...and some other songs). Personally, I think that vocal music is either a "love it" or "hate it" proposition.
