Hi, Kim and welcome! I'm a new member as well and loving every minute of it - I'm sure you will, too. Do you like Linkin Park by any chance? I love to blast their CDs in the car when I've had a hard day-gets all my aggression out and I feel LOTS better! }( Another other time I listen to nice, soothing country music!!!

Hey, fellow LP lover! Aren't they AWESOME?!? Wouldn't you like to see Cathe create a routine around their music?? LOL! It was my music of choice when I was a regular runner.

A good friend of mine gave me LP concert tix for Christmas one year and it was the best concert I've ever been to. I swear we were probably the oldest ones there but I didn't care! I yelled so loud I could barely talk the next day!!

Yes..LP is awesome. I seem to like all their music but only have their 1st CD...great words in those songs.......haven't been to a concert for awhile of anybody actually... I might be a bit older than you even...:+ :7 ...Carole
