I have the new Method workout with Katalin Zamiar. It's not intermediate/advanced (especially compared to Cathe's PUB and PLB ball workouts) but a relaxing ball workout for easy days. It's mostly yoga and pilates type exercises with the ball, broken down into arms, abs, hips, and glutes. To me it felt more like a stretching video, which is good too.
