New I-series. Please explain the difference

I am having difficulty understanding the difference between the boot camp, cardio and weights, and muscle endurance workouts. They all sound like circuit workouts. Could someone explain the difference?

TIA,
joy

If I understand correctly the muscle endurance isn't a traditional circuit. There will be no cardio in the muscle endurance. This will be all weight work. The "circuits" will consist of using all muscle groups in a "circuit" of exercises, stop for a rest period, and then start a new "circuit" where all muscles are used again only with a different set of exercises to hit the muscles at different angles.

The differnce between boot camp and her cardio/weights tapes is how long the cardio sections will be. The cardio sections in cardio weights will be about 5 minutes wereas the boot camp will be much shorter.
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you, Dawn. I appreciate the answer. And Rachel, I'm glad I wasn't the only one who needed more explanation...

I was a little confused too

I was going to ask this too. I know I'll get them all (!!) but I was looking for a little clarification on the difference among those 3 workouts.
