Hi!everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. this is the first forum i have joined. I am married and have 3 children(13,11 and 5mos) and 2 stepsons. I started working out with Cathe's dvds a couple of months ago and am HOOKED. I just recently am getting back on track w/ working out. not a new's year resolution
finally a stay at home mom.
which gives me more time to devote to getting back in shape. I am struggling in finding time. i like to workout in the mornings.
cathe is on fittv at 7am. i am busy getting children to school. and don't have tvo:-( But i do have her on to see what she is doing. this morning was coremax and now i am trying to find it. looks awesome for post pregnancy tummies.
I guess i should say that i have 30lbs to lose, got on the scale today:-( (a low point in my day)
So i found this forum and wanted to join for inspiration and advice.
i love to sweat and feel the burn in the muscles i am working.
Cathe is awesome and very motativing.
Feel like i am rambling so i will end here.
