Hi!everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. this is the first forum i have joined. I am married and have 3 children(13,11 and 5mos) and 2 stepsons. I started working out with Cathe's dvds a couple of months ago and am HOOKED. I just recently am getting back on track w/ working out. not a new's year resolution:) finally a stay at home mom.:D which gives me more time to devote to getting back in shape. I am struggling in finding time. i like to workout in the mornings.
cathe is on fittv at 7am. i am busy getting children to school. and don't have tvo:-( But i do have her on to see what she is doing. this morning was coremax and now i am trying to find it. looks awesome for post pregnancy tummies.
I guess i should say that i have 30lbs to lose, got on the scale today:-( (a low point in my day)
So i found this forum and wanted to join for inspiration and advice.
i love to sweat and feel the burn in the muscles i am working.
Cathe is awesome and very motativing.
Feel like i am rambling so i will end here.

Hi Kate - and welcome to the world of Cathe-ites. You'll find us to be a fun and committed group (though most of our husbands would say the we SHOULD BE COMMITTED! You may want to post your intro in the "Open Discussion" forum since this section is mostly meant for questions directed to Cathe. Welcome and enjoy the insanity!

I am new as well. My name is Susie and i have 2 children. My daughter is 17 and my son is 9. My husband is over in Iraq and will be home in May.16 month deployment but we are making it. I just found Cathe on fittv and was so impressed and went to her web site and here I am. I have ordered some dvds and can't wait to get started. Glad you are able to stay at home. Hardest job in the world but the most rewarding!!! Anyway nice to meet you and look forward to talking with you again.
