I just purchased the new Kashi flavor Pumpkin Spice and Flax. It is AWESOME. just thought I'd share.

I purchased a box just last week. They taste VERY good. For me they're messy since they crumble so much.

I love these!! The Honey 7-grain & Roasted Almond are good also, but the Pumpkin Spice are my favorites. They are crunchy & remind me of the Nature Valley granola bars but less sugar/ more protein!
