New Favorite Exercise

Okay, I did Muscle Endurance for the first time today and, WOW, I have a new favorite exercise. Glute raises! When I previewed this workout, I wasn't sure I was going to like them, or even be able to do them correctly, but I do and I did. I felt them right away, right where I was supposed to! That is so exciting! :) Leg press dropped quite a bit on the list though, LOL! :D
 
Hi Donna!! I like that exercise too!! The first time I did ME (last week) I felt awkward doing it, but the second time around I got the hang of it a little more and actually liked it!! Hope it does wonders for the beeeehind!!! ;-)

I love ME!! I think I've forgoten everything before that came out! Ha! Anyway I cannot do glute raises. Unless I'm totally doing something wrong (and I hope someone corrects me) My legs are short. period. I had my husband check me to see if I was doing what Cathe was. He said yes. Now, I was burning sooooo badly on my front thigh. I felt and could see, I was not going "up" like she was. Sounds strange. I tried and tried and did not have the upper ham/lower glute going for me. So, I now put one foot (lace down) on top of my step and do the glute lift that way. I do feel what is described in the work out then.

Yes the leg presses do get tiresome.....but I was so glad she cut plie squats from this tape! She answered my prayers!!!
