new exerciser!

Hi Cathe,
I just started exercising for the first time ever! I would like to know when I should start seeing results. I'm doing weight training 4 times per week, swimming 3 times a week, and walking a few days too. Thanks for taking the time to read this-- I so need to know when I can expect to lose my gut!!
 
What are you eating habits like? It was not until I starting eating clean that I saw my ab pouch start to shrink. Do a search on these forms for "clean eating" or "eating clean" and you will come up with tons of information. Also go to amazon.com and look up Tosca Rena's book. It's an easy read and help me focus more on my diet. I found diet changes the hardest for me. I love to cheat. I still have a long way to go, but I can see results.
