Ordinarily I have no qualms about buying exercise DVDs off ebay, Cathe workouts included.
However, I am always loath to do so this close to the initial shipping of pre-orders because I find it a very suspicious activity and I particularly dislike the selling of the bonus "cardio fusion" gift DVD which the ebayer didn't even pay for. I would also be loath to buy any of the new releases off ebay because of this freezing issue and this issue will always be there. Someone may be trying to sell DVDs with freezing issues and even if they get their own replaced by Cathe, what is to stop them from trying to sell off the defective DVDs, which they can claim are not really defective but that they need to be played in a different DVD player, as SNM says (and I add here that I am in no way critizing SNM who have always acted in good faith and have acknowledged a real problem with some of the DVDs), even if an eventual ebayer tries to complain about them and get her money back. These defective DVDs will be out there forever.
On this series alone, I would not buy any of them from ebay ever. The risk is high and not all ebayers are scrupulous folk. Most are. But, you don't need to take the risk if you sit patiently and order directly from Cathe in time.
