I just finished watching all the new DVD clips again, and I've also printed out the workout descriptions and premixes from the website. I think these new workouts will work great in a 'faux' CTX rotation that I'm putting together. Body Max has an all step segment, as well as a Power circuit segment, as well as good upper body weight training (that can be easily doubled or tripled if working one body part per day.) Butts and Guts has killer leg and core segments. The cardio parts of Drill Max could be a good sub for kickboxing and 10-10-10, as well as parts of Low Impact Circuit. I'm going to tinker w/ things this evening and see what I can come up with (w/o having the DVDs in hand!) I ordered my DVDs from Collage today, hopefully they will ship early next week and I'll have them by the following week.
I'll post the rotation I come up with in the Rotation forum if I'm happy with it.
