Funny you should ask this question, since I just did a rotation using these two dvds specifically, last week. Here's what I did:
Mon: IMAX
Tues: Power Hour followed by the MIC hi/lo portion
Weds: Rhythmic Step
Thurs: Maximum Intensity Strength
Fri: Maximum Intensity Cardio (whole thing)
Sat: Body Max
I did the step workouts on whatever Cathe used, 8 inch for all except for Rhythmic Step, which was on the 6 inch. The only drawback to these workouts are that they are light on the ab/core work. None of the RH+ workouts have ab or core work, and the stuff on the PH+ dvd are traditional crunches. I supplemented with the Intensity Series core work. It was a fairly intense rotation, but I liked it. I wouldn't want to do it week after week, but it was nice to do to give the system a jolt.
These workouts, on dvd, also offer great variety for mixing and matching different segments, providing for many intersting workouts. I highly recommend your purchase.
