New DVD confusion

I don't want to bother Cathe with this because I'm sure someone else can answer. As I understand it, there are 3 new DVDs. I ordered only DVD No. 1 because it was the only one (I thought) that didn't use the high step. Now looking at the latest pics, I'm confused as to whether the one I ordered uses the high step or not. Because I bought the Novel Notion box about 1.5 years ago, I never needed the high step and didn't get it. Unless I throw away my Novel Notion box, I won't want to clutter up my living room with the high step. The Novel Notion box has the same height options that the high step has, but it has a hard wood surface and "sharp" edges. So:

1. Does the DVD I ordered use the high step for cardio?
2. If so, does it look possible that I might be able to use my Novel Notion box for the cardio?

I don't know why I'm so confused. Maybe because it's early Monday morning..... Thanks!

DVD #1 uses a regular step, not the High Step. DVD #2 and DVD #3 both use the High Step.

Katerchen- I was correct in remembering that DVD No. 1 was created to be sold in the box with the original step. It will be a wonderful package for those who are just starting out with step!
