Because of my long weekend, I was able to update myself of the goings on here. So, please tell me about the new lady behind Lorraine? Did she permenantly replace someone or is here for this series?

Are you referring to Deazie? She was actually in many of the STS strength workouts.

SMN has mentioned a few times that Jai just wasnt available schedule wise for this series. I do miss her - but I like Deazie from the STS strength - so was nice to see a familiar face in the new STS cardio. Also looks like more new faces in the MMA ones - even new from STS Strength.

Jai, that's whom was missing. I saw her on Cardio Blast today on FitTV doing the Boot Camp workout from way back..
