is low-max your only cardio dvd?do you do any other cardio?but i will try to give you some help
1-low-max
2-GS Chest/Triceps core max
3-Muscle Endurance Legs Premix and some short cardio maybe 30mins.
4-GS back/shoulders/biceps
5-cardio and core max
6-any full body or circuit work(muscle endurance or bootcamp would fit this bill)
7-rest
this is just one idea but you can imagine the possiblities. you can do all upper body(muscle endurance premixes would be good) and cardio one day and lower body and cardio the next or have a full cardio day and a total body weight work day the next.you should peak at some of cathe's rotations to get an idea of how different rotations can help with different goals.
