New Cathe Fan :-)

Hi Cathe-
I know you are a very busy with your career as well as being a mom, but I just wanted to let you know that I am new to your website and absolutely love it. I have actually been a fan of your tapes for probably about two years and favor them over all the rest of my step tapes. They are more challenging and fun than my other tapes. I loved your pregnancy photos with your second son because I am trying for my second, knowing that it is possible to look good afterwards. I have been lifting weights and doing cardio regularly for about 5 years, and I love feeling healthy and fit(I am 28). The one thing I have a problem with is my waistline since having my daughter who is 2 years old. I find that being pregnant obviously stretched my waistline and now I have little lovehandles that once used to be rather firm. I think it's partly loose skin but also fat? How can I tell? I'm guessing it's mainly my diet? I have a fairly high metabolism and don't watch my diet too much. Furthermore, what do I need to do to make my muscles harder, especially when I flex? I know everyone's fat lies differently, whether it's beneath the muscles or within the muscles. Is this also about dieting and losing excess fat? I am complimented a lot by other people that I look good, but I am still not completely content with my apearance. BTW, I am studying to get ACE certified. I am also hoping that one day I can try to compete in an amateur fitness contest, like NPC. Any words of advice. Have you ever competed; you definitely have the physique for it. You have definitely inspired me to stay fit as well as stay positive and motivated with all my workouts. Keep up the good work. Take care and look forward to future tapes.
