After watching Cathe's show on FitTV I finally ordered some of her DVD's from the Hardcore Series. I have only done 3 and already I'm hooked! I have been using The Firm for 2 years now and thought Cathe's workouts would be the perfect next step for me to up the intensity of my step aerobics. I was certainly right! I also alternate running 5-6 miles 5 times a week with my aerobics and weight training. I love the weight sculpting segments in her videos and know that they are going to continue to give me the results I'm looking for.
