I just wanted to tell Cathe that I just tried her pyramid DVD for the first time this week and all I can say is WOW! I have never felt so pumped in my life. I think my breasts were even perkier (I know I could feel them for sure!)

Thank you Cathe for supplying your great workouts to keep us firm and happy.

Hi Hilary, that is one of my favorite right now. I know when I did it for the first time omg I was so sore the next day. Have fun:).

Well not very heavy. I went 8, 10 and 15. I can't seem to find 12 pound weights. I have it on schedule for tomorrow again. I can't wait. I love that workout.
 
Hi Hilary,

I love the pyramids too!! Once I started I got hooked!!! Talk about sore the next day - and yes - my chest was screaming and I loved it. The core work is excellent - in fact I just purchased a stability this afternoon on my lunch hour - just what I need - more equipment in my living room - :) I just got Cathe's CTX Series and Ab Hits - I'm sore today - now I know what everyone is talking about!!
