Hi Everyone!
Although I've been lurking around the forums for a while, this is my very first post! Like many of you I discovered Cathe on FitTV and let me tell you that is one of the best discoveries I've ever made!! I thought wow these were the toughest workouts that I've seen on TV so I went to her website and shall we say the rest is history.....since the end of July I've acquired the Intensity series(which I love, love, love!) HSTA, KPC/L&G, Rhythmic Step VHS, and just received Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max today. I also purchased the High Step which I can't imagine being without. Although I consider myself an advanced exerciser, I feel that Cathe has taken my fitness level to a completely different dimension! I've already noticed significant strength and endurance gains, it's just amazing! I am really focusing on blasting away fat so that the muscles I know I have can really surface. So my question is what should be my next purchase? I am thinking about CTX series as I've heard raving reviews about it. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have to say although I've been exercising for a few years I have NEVER been this motivated to work out in my life....even while I was in the military! So a very big THANK YOU to Cathe
Sorry if it seems like I'm rambling on and on, but it is just so nice to find a place where my Cathe obsession is not only understood but shared, and where people won't think I'm a few sandwiches short of a picnic
I find all of you so incredibly inspiring, entertaining and informative, and I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can from these forums.
