Anyone viewed or heard anything about these? I am more intereted in the CArdio Core Express 36 minutes of cardio with an emphasis on core work.. the whole set costs $40 with shipping.. I can't find any reviews yet.. one thing I don't like about Beachbody's site is that they don;t have any preview cabablility..

I got an email about it. I ordered the whole package. I'm a sucker! LOL I'll post about 'em once I get them and try them out! I was able to use a coupon code to get..I think it was 10% off as well so keep that in mind...brought the price down a little bit. :)

I plan to use both the express and regular slim series work outs together in one rotation at some point. I have yet to complete a Slim rotation but I always hear about the great results people get so I am hoping this new set will inspire me to JUST DO IT!;)

Looking forward to hearing your reviews. Are they ready for shipping, or is this a pre-order? I like the SS. It will be nice to have a quickie workout for days when you just don't have any free time. Half a workout is better than no workout.

I just got this new series! I was really only interested in the cool it off express b/c the original is an hour and sometimes I don't want to spend an hour stretching. Anyways I find the workouts to be really easy. I didn't even break a sweat doing the cardio core. But I think these workouts are great for easy days especially when you don't have a lot of time!

Thanks for the replies:

2 Boys: the Cardio Core is the one I was interested in... so if you didn't break a sweat, is it worth it? Does it get your heart rate up enough? I thought it would be a different way to get 30 minutes of cardio in, with working your core at the same time..

Wendy: congratulations on completing the P90x ! I did it back in November/December/January.. and I didn't really complete it.. I skipped weeks when I was exhausted, and wrenched my knee doing Plyo
so I had to sub all the time.. I may do it again when I feel up to it.. it seems like after doing this the SS would be too easy for you!

I think cardio core is good for light days. It did get my heartrate up. There is a lot of twisting movements. I didn't feel like I got a great workout, but the day I did I was really tired so it was actually perfect for that day! I haven't tried cardio sculpt yet but I love cool it off express! I am definitely going to keep these workouts to use on days when I only have 30min and want to get a workout in. I usually like to workout for at least 60min and be dripping in sweat when I am done so this only my opinion, these workouts may be just what you are looking for!! Take care and let me know what you decide!!

Hi -- I haven't been on Cathe's forum in ages and decided to get on today (avoiding laundry :)) and saw your thread. Hope you don't mind me jumping in.

I got to be a part of these workouts last November. There were 4 regular people like me who were chosen to be the cast members and I got to be in Cardio Sculpt and Cool It Off Express. So I've had my dvds for a little over a month now and have done them all several times.

They definitely aren't as challenging as Cathe's workouts -- you won't work up a sweat, but if you use them as add-ons or together, or for a day when you need something lighter, they're really great.

I've done Cardio Core and Cardio Sculpt back to back a few times and it's pretty fun that way. I also rebound through the cardio and warm-up in CS to get more intensity out of the cardio. The cardio in CC is mainly 4 limbed movements like FIRMs, so it is cardio, but not real impactful.

I've also cut Cool It Off Express shorter before as a quicker add-on -- just skipping a few chapters to leave 15-20 minutes instead of the full 30.

Hope you enjoy them!

Thanks Renee! Wow must have been great actually being part of a workout!

All others that either have ordered or have not yet tried but have them please post what your thoughts are after doing these.. thanks again!
