I have the new one. I've done the 21 minutes portion a few times, and I think I've done 2 of the specialist 12 minute sections.
This is one I want to like, and know it would be a good add on to other workouts, I just don't reach for this one, it's a little boring, and I hate saying this, but Barry really annoys me. I wish it was just the blond woman leading it without him. I might be more apt to do the workout.
I like that bullet stability thing a lot, I keep meaning to use it in other workouts.
If you do order, be ware, they sign you up automatically for their online diet site, I thought it would only activate if I signed in, but nope, I got charged $30 for it, called customer service, and the best they would do is refund the "unused" portion, so I got $20 refunded. I was kind of angry at that.
