Cathe,
I have a beautiful 4 month old son and a 22month old daughter. After my daughter, my belly flattened out right away even though I gained more weight with her; but now, after my son, forget it! I weigh less now than I did when I got pg with him but I can't seem to get rid of this stubborn belly fat!x( My husband discovered your workouts on FitTV and started recording them for me. I do your kickboxing workout and the upper and lower body pyramid workouts. For abs I do the Yoga Booty Ballet Abs 1,2,and 3. I also try to do Gilad at least 2x's a week for more toning. Everyone I ask about getting rid of belly fat gives me different answers. The frustrating thing is that no matter how hard I work my abs they don't seem to get sore or trim down the way I'd like them too. I can feel that they are rock hard underneath this gross baby belly fat. I have changed my diet. I joined Weight Watchers in January and have lost 20lbs with at least 25 more to go. So please help me. Can you tell me exactly how many times a week I should do cardio (kickboxing/step) and how many times a week I should do strength/resistance training and should I work my abs everyday? What kind of ab workout do you recommend? I will follow any suggestions you have.
Thank you,
A Diane
