Hi!

I can't tell you how happy I am that I found Cathe! I only wish I hadn't wasted so much money on all the other workouts over the years. Anyway, I am trying to lose fat and am looking for some help on rotations with the DVD's I have. I have lost 84 pounds and have been working very hard on sculpting my body, but still have the "belly" area to contend with. What is a good rotation with the Intensity Series including the Terminator and the new High Step workout. I also run outside 2-3 times a week 4-6 miles each time. I have been doing the workouts now for a few months but my scale is going up instead of down. I am finding it very hard to balance my food intake with the amount of workouts I do. Any help?:D

Hi - I want to congratulate you on your weight loss! That is an awesome accomplishment!

Here's a rotation that I was doing once in a while last winter:

Mon - PUB Pyramid Down Premix/BC Core Premix/run 30 minutes
Tues - PLB
Wed - IMAX2 or IMAX Xtreme (skipping weight portion)
Thurs - BootCamp or The Viper
Fri - Run
Sat - ME
Sun - rest

This is just something I liked but may or may not be a good fit for you. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

Hello!
Wow, I was reading your post and it was like I had written it myself!! I am also glad that I have found cathe and wish I hadn't spend money on other tapes. I have lost 60lbs and am trying desperately to sculpt my body and lose a little more fat. I need a rotation to help me with that. I also jog 2-3x per week about 4-5miles each time. I pretty much eat healthy except for the occasional weekend binge.

The tapes that I have are:
bootcamp
muscle endurance
cardio kicks
circuit max
step,jump and pump
step blast
Imax 2
cardio &weights
basic step + body fusion
high step training-advance
high step circuit

Could some of you experts come up with a rotation that will blast some fat off and sculpt me in the process???:)

thanks so much and take care!:)
