I can't tell you how happy I am that I found Cathe! I only wish I hadn't wasted so much money on all the other workouts over the years. Anyway, I am trying to lose fat and am looking for some help on rotations with the DVD's I have. I have lost 84 pounds and have been working very hard on sculpting my body, but still have the "belly" area to contend with. What is a good rotation with the Intensity Series including the Terminator and the new High Step workout. I also run outside 2-3 times a week 4-6 miles each time. I have been doing the workouts now for a few months but my scale is going up instead of down. I am finding it very hard to balance my food intake with the amount of workouts I do. Any help?
