New adv cardio ideas CIA 2204: Step Till You Drop???

Hi gals. I am in desparate need of some new ADVANCED cardio. I have all of Cathe's tapes and am just waiting for her new stuff. I think my muscles are needing some different stuff as I have hit a serious plateau. I started doing cardio at the club a couple wks ago and have dropped 5 lbs in 12 days! I think a need a serious mixup! I don't can't go to the club every time for cardio. I need some new home stuff! :(

What can ya' all suggest? Have you seen or done the CIA 2204: Step Till You Drop? I viewed a 60 sec video on Collage Video and it looked pretty cool. Are there any others? I would love some TOUGH intervals!

p.s. I already have Mindy's interval tapes;)

This Fall I plan to get Seasun's Rock Steady Step and Kristin Kagen's Walk This Way. I think those are supposed to be pretty advanced with some intervals thrown in. The Firm's Total Body Shaping Mix is pretty good.

I agree--Seasun Zeiger's Rock Steady Step and Kristin Kagen's Step This Way AND Step This Way 2 are all great advanced, high intensity step routines. I would warn you, though, that the choreography is more challenging than Cathe's, so you really will want to watch them a couple of times first, if you have trouble with choreography. You may not have trouble (I didn't), but if you do, I wouldn't want you to be so frustrated that you give up on them! They are wonderful, fun workouts.

I have Step Till You Drop and although I think I enjoyed it the first time I did it, it also turned out to be the last time I did it! I keep trying to find other workouts I enjoy as much as Christi and Cathe, and though I do find them sort of fun, I end up only doing Christi and Cathe because their workouts are so much more polished and complete. The cuing is better, the editing is better, the routines are well thought out and rehearsed...

The workouts listed in the first part of my post, along with all of Christi Taylor's and Cathe's, and a couple of Franny Benedetto step workouts, are pretty much all the cardio I do. I have about a hundred other tapes, but I just don't do them! (Weird that I keep them, I know, but I keep thinking "maybe some day..."

:)

I'm glad you give these the thumbs up Wendy. I am very picky about what videos I order, but these look like ones I would like. I have really come to love challenging choreography, as I easily get bored with the TIFTing.
