Needed calories

I was wondering where I could find out how many calories I need? I realized that I eat soooo much more than my roomie. She's 30 lbs more, 5" taller, muscular, has little fat, is active all day, and still barely eats. I know she's had problems with this in the past. So I just wanted to reassure myself that I'm not a pig cause she calls herself a pig when I eat so much more:)

There's a calorie calculator at Fitday.com. It sounds like your roommate has slowed her metabolism. It's tough to get all the nutrients you need if you're not eating much food. You're not a pig.
 
You are not a pig. Not ever. Wipe that thought from your head. Some people just don't eat much. And when you go to visit them for the weekend and are lefting starving while waiting for breakfast to be offered... wait, wait, wait, I'm getting off track :) I've read that daily calorie needs = your body weight in pounds X 15 for a person with moderate activity level. So if you weigh 130, your calorie needs are 1950 (130 X 15).
