I'm not Cathe but if these were the only workouts I had to work with, I think I would put some other cardio in between them such as the treadmill, elipitical, running or walking. Maybe do Butts & Guts, 45-60min (cardio) treadmill, MM, 45-60 min cardio, Body Max 2 , 45-60min cardio. Just a suggestion, good luck!:7
