Need toned arms by September! Help

Cathlete
Okay, I am in a friends wedding at the end of September. She just emailed me a picture of the dress I'll be wearing...very pretty...but sleeveless. My arms are not nearly as toned and cut as I'd like them to be and my triceps are still quite jiggly. I'm 48 (soon to be 49) so they are may never be totally firm, but I really think they can be much more than they are. So here are the DVDs I own, would someone give advice as to which ones I should focus on (and how often I should do them) to firm up my arms?

Body Blast DVDs: Supersets/Push Pull, SJP/Step Blast, KPC/Legs & Glutes
Intensity DVDs: Bootcamp/muscle endurance, imax2/cardio & weights, pyramids
Slow & Heavy DVD
CTX DVD
Classics Volume 1 (step heat (my fav), stepmax and step jam)

Thank you so much in advance! By the way, I've been adding push-ups (daily) and weighted tricep dips (every other day) in addition to my normal routine to improve my push-up capabilities.

Donna,

Here is the famous original Tank Top rotation by Marlene.

Day 1: PS Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps.
Day 2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day 3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps plus cardio
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: MIS
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Cardio or rest

With the workouts you have you could substitute PUB for Day 1. You could alternate PLB and CTX Leaner Legs in Day 2. You could substitute Push Pull or Supersets for Day 5.

If you wanted to incorporate Slow and Heavy, you could combine all upper body segments into one day and replace Day 1 with that combination (if you are short on time, only do 2 sets as opposed to the 3 you usually do in S&H).

I imagine if you start this rotation 6-8 weeks before the wedding your arms will be looking good in no time!

HTH,

Here's is Marlene123's original "tank top arms" rotation:

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest

As you can see, this routine works shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, chest and back twice and legs twice.

NOTE: Marlene also said that she does this rotation for 10 weeks, then switches to a S&H rotation for 3 weeks.

*This rotation will bring definition to your upper body, just remember to go as heavy as you can with weight, but using proper form and able to complete each rep/set.
Marlene truly has a winning rotation here! And regardless of what rotation I do, I've found that Marlene's idea of working the shoulders/triceps/biceps 3x/week has been the key to sculpting my upper body.
