Need to lose 25lbs

Hi Cathe, I have been doing your workouts for about five years and really enjoy them. I can't stick to a rotation because I always see a different one posted and think that one might do the job. I am 5ft "1" 150lbs and would like to lose 25lbs. I increase muscle size in my upper body a lot easier then my lower body.

I have most of your DVD's and have preordered STS I also have a treadmill. Could you please do a rotation for me that includes your dvd's pilates and the treadmill. I work out 6 days a week for about a hour and like to have Friday as my day off. I believe if you did a rotation for me I would follow it.

Not Cathe, but you might post this question on the Rotations forum. There is so much good information on that forum with great examples. You may be able to make one up yourself after researching it a little. Best of luck.
