Need to do both cardio and weights tonight -- suggestions?

Hello All,

I want to do a workout tonight that has cardio and weights involved – only have about an hour, possibly 90 minutes. Which Cathe workout do you suggest? Thanks!!

Hi,

There's a whole bunch of Cathe with cardio and weights, but I like Bootcamp or Bootcamp/ME premix, Body Max 2, Gauntlet from the Terminator, or one of the 4DS w/o's. :)
 
I did BM2 BootCamp premix (78 min.)last week and it was a good one. The original BC/ME premix(Bonus Combo workout...65 min.) is also a good like the last poster suggested.
