I want to purchase an arm posture download from yoga today. My question is: can I copy it to a disc to play on my vcr and then how do I do that? Thanks
You have bought the download and therefore can save it on any blank media you like. Depending on its format (avi or FLV or Mpeg} you can use a burning software, like nero, and burn it to a blank disc to watch on your tv.
