I changed my workout room AGAIN this weekend. I used to work out on carpet, which I have always done and it was ok. Then when I changed rooms, I had tile which was NOT ok so I bought puzzle mats which helped a great deal. Now I'm back to the carpet and tried the puzzle mats over it which was weird and the mats didn't fit together as well. I'm thinking of taking up the carpet and getting laminate flooring. I did a search and couldn't find anything specifically addressing this type of flooring and I don't think i can afford the type of slooring Cathe uses. Does anyone work out on laminate? How hard is it on the feet and knees? Is there a certain kind or specific things to look for? Does anything o under it? Thanks
