Need substitutes for these DVD's

Hi, I starting an older Cathe rotation and I need a substitute for these DVD's. I started buying Cathe's Dvd's around the kick,punch and crunch period. I need a substitute for CTX - Running at a moderate pace-Running in intervals for 20 minutes-MIC-Power Hour. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Muscle Endurance could be subbed for Power Hour; though it's not the same format, it is high rep. Timesaver may work for CTX. I don't know what is similar to MIC or running. I don't run either so my choices would be step workouts that are intervals or steady state cut down to 20-30 minutes. Step, Jump & Pump cardio only may do for MIC because it has hi-lo and step, but definitely not in the same format.
