Hi Everyone,
I know I don't post all too often, but I was really hoping for some advice. I recently had a mole removed from the bottom of my foot (Dr. suspected it looked cancerous) and he had to cut rather deep in order to get the root. There are 10 stitches, and of course being on the bottom of my foot I can't walk directly on it, so I don't pull the stitches. Before having it done, the Dr. told me I could probably do the elliptical/recline bike for exercise. However, I can't even get a sneaker on w/o pain, or putting it in a weird position, and I want it to heal. Dr. will be checking it tomorrow and the plan is to remove them on Thurs. which will be 14 days. So I haven't done any cardio in what will be two weeks on Thurs. I have been doing something every day with upper body, or some kind of floor work. I've been using the Gym Styles but dividing it into one or two parts a day, so I can still work something each day. I'm just worried about not having any cardio for so long, I've definately noticed I miss the endorphins.x( Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced anything similar or could offer any reassurance. Sorry this was so long, thanks so much for listening , Lisa
