Hi all,

I'm not used to preparing Lobster but got such a smokin' deal that I bought some and now I need some ideas as to the best/yummiest way to prepare them. They are big lobster tails!

Thanks!

Oh Dear! So, I know better than to watch Julie & Julia while I am preparing a meal.... but, I did it anyway!! I'm sipping on a Martini while preparing roasted red potatoes with garlic and onion and my husband is marinating the steak (which I will NOT partake in -haven't had red met for 20+ years) I will do something with the lobster which includes super naughty butter, garlic and pepper!! I NEVER eat butter, but will spoil myself tonight! Okeeee dokeee, gonna get back to the decadent dinner!!

BON APPETIT!!!!

The best way to prepare a lobster is to boil it in a big soup pot! Just be prepared to hold the lid down tightly immediately after dropping them in! I'm assuming you bought live lobsters? Of course, where in CO you would find that, I don't even want to try to guess! LOL!

Good luck! I hope they're yummy! I love lobster, but I live in RI where you get them straight out of the water!
