Cathlete
Okay, so since I work out in my basement I've fell into this awful habit of wearing the ugliest, grubbiest clothes I own (the shirts are literally falling apart - but I love them and definitely am going to keep them until they REALLY DO fall apart and then I will likely save part of them and make a running shirt quilt and give it new life)... which brings me to my question.... I need some nicer workout wear and knew that you (Cathe and everyone at the forums) could help!
I'm short - 5' 2" - 5' 3" and have a curvy shape so at the store when I can get the hips to fit, the waist is waaay too big. Can anyone give any brands or sites to check stuff out at?
I went to Dick's Sporting Good Store and literally tried on over 40 things and came home with nothing. So depressing!!! I am halting my running due to injury and am going to be ramping up with the new Cathe tapes for weight training and feel a "workout wear makeover" is in order!!! I'm a SAHM and so can wear comfy clothes and want to be able to sometimes wear some of my fitness gear in my normal life because my number one goal is to be COMFY!! Plus I find I'm more likely to go out and really play in the yard with the kids instead of trying to keep from getting sweaty when I'm wearing things that I can really sweat in (i.e. fitness clothes).
Okay, enough from me! I look forward to your suggestions. And THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for help!
