Need Rotation

I am new to Cathe, I started with her in January and just love her workouts. Before Cathe I had been Firming, and needed more of a challenge. I lost thirty pounds with the Firm and would like to maintain my weight loss while toning up. I have the Body Blast Series DVDs and Timesaver. I also have Power Hour/MIS/Body Max and Ab Hits. I was wondering if someone can give me a rotation using these that would really help me to tone up. Thank you.:)

You could easily substitute either Power Hour or MIS in place of either Supersets or Push Pull.

You could substitute Step, Jump and Pump with Body Max. And you can always tack on an ab segment from Ab hits to any other workout or do several ab segments together and create an 'ab' day which could take the place of a weight workout.
