Hello everyone!
I just started using Cathe's workouts back in February (which I love) and need some guidance. I lost 55 lbs. on Weight Watchers about 2 years ago and have managed to keep it off. I exercise 3-4 times a week, but I still have those areas that are a little jiggly -especially my abs and thighs. I can feel the muscle there, but it is covered by a layer of fat - yuk!
I am getting married on 8/11/07 and really want to be toned up for our honeymoon in Jamaica! Can someone please help come up with an effective rotation using the workouts I have?
I own all the new workouts, LIS, LowMax, StretchMax and have taped these on FitTV: KPC, PUB, PLB, Imax 2, Rhythmic Step, Step Blast, ME, L&G, Push Pull, C&W, & Boot Camp.
By the way, I am 5'6" and weigh 140 lbs. Thanks!
