I've had a sinus infection (the "Creeping Crud" as Cathy "RunninTeach" calls it :7) now for weeks. I last got on the treadmill a week ago and was at pretty low power. I took 2 days off this week to try to recup. I'm definitely having less crud today and REALLY need a boost. Do you think it's okay for me to go to the gym? I'm thinking if I just do my best and don't push it, it can't hurt anything, right?
