Need opinions on what to buy next.

I have (on dvd):

BMax, PH+, RS+, SH, Imax2 + C&W, CTX UB, SB & SJP, Cardio Hits, All Step vhs (came with step) I'm thinking of LM dvd, (2 totally different w/o's)or PUB vhs - I like the idea of using the ex. ball. Also considering ME or MM - I'm interested in building muscle instead of musle endurance that's why I'm thinking PUB. I can only get one at this time, I appreciate any thoughts on these w/o's. Thanks :)

Hey Linda,

If you want to build muscle PUB would be the workout for you. But I would definitely get Lowmax. It is a great step workout and also a good leg workout. These two would be a great addition to your collection of workouts.


Hey I getting ready to order the dvd with ph/mis/bm. Yeap! I can't wait!! Isn't it a great high when you purchase a new one?

I agree with Kim the PUB would be a good choice. The stability ball is used for abs in PUB, but if you get the DVD with PLB also the stability ball work is in the legs too!! LM is a great lower body cardio workout. Of course the BC/ME DVD has some great premixes for you to think about for your next purchase...:)...I also like MM alot because of the added band work...:)...Carole
 
Thanks Kim and Carole for your responses. :) I'll buy LM first then PUB. Is LM similar to Imax2 only easier on the knees?
